Mediavine, direct deals and other revenue
Upload a CSV, or add a sale by hand.

Upload a report
- Download the earnings report from the network (Mediavine: Dashboard → Payments → Download Gross Revenue Report).
- In your dashboard, open Revenue uploads, pick the source and the site, and upload the file.
- Columns are found by name: a date and an amount are enough. Uploading the same file twice never counts twice.
- Paid in another currency? Choose it under Currency (or keep a Currency column in the file). Amounts are converted to dollars at the European Central Bank's rate for each sale's day.
Add a sale by hand
For a direct deal or a program with no report: the date, amount, site and program.
How it's marked
Uploaded and hand-entered revenue counts in every total and warning, but verified reports for selling a site mark it as owner-reported, separate from what the networks' APIs reported.
