Questions
Before you connect anything
Do my sites need to be on Cloudflare?
No. Uptime is checked from outside, and Search Console works for any site. For traffic, pick per site: Google Analytics if you already use it, or Cloudflare's free Web Analytics, which runs on any host with a small snippet.
Can it change anything in my accounts?
No. Every key it uses is read-only where the service offers that, and it only ever reads reports.
Which networks are automatic, and which need an upload?
Automatic, every few hours: Impact, CJ, Awin, Partnerize, FlexOffers, Sovrn Commerce, AvantLink, Ascend, PartnerStack, Skimlinks, Rakuten, AdSense, Ezoic, Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad and Patreon. By upload, because they offer no reporting API: Amazon Associates, the eBay Partner Network and Mediavine. Their reports take a minute to download and upload.
What if one of my networks isn't listed?
Upload its report as a CSV from the Revenue page, or add a sale by hand: it counts in every total and warning. And tell us: if it has a reporting API, we'll add it.
Is it worth it for two or three sites?
Starter covers up to five, and the free link check covers one site's links for nothing. If your sites earn from affiliate links, one program that ended or one page of dead links usually costs more in a month than the plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Pick a plan to keep going. If you don't, the trial ends a few days after day 30 and nothing is charged, since no card was asked for. Your dashboard and its data are kept 30 days in case you come back, then deleted. Want it gone sooner? Email us and it's deleted the same day.
Where does my data live?
In your own dashboard on Cloudflare, private behind a sign-in with your email. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.
How is this different from Google Analytics or a link checker?
Those each see one thing. RevWarn puts traffic, search and revenue from every network side by side, per site and per page, and tells you the morning something changes, including the failures that never show up as an error.
