RevWarn is run by Paris Supply Group LLC ("we"). This page says what we collect, why, who handles it for us, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Plain version: we keep what the service needs to work, we never sell it or use it for advertising, and you can have it deleted.
The free link check and disclosure check
- What a scan keeps: the domain you scan, the pages read and the links found on them, and what each store page answered. Reports are public to anyone with their link, and kept 30 days.
- Limits against abuse: to cap scans per visitor, we keep a one-way, salted fingerprint of your IP address, never the address itself.
- Weekly checks: only if you ask for them, we keep your email address and the domain, until you unsubscribe (every email has a link).
- Bot check: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at your browser to tell people from bots.
Your RevWarn dashboard
- Account: the email addresses allowed to sign in, and your plan. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email; we never see or store a password.
- Your sites: their names and addresses, and how you've grouped them.
- Keys to your services: stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), used only to read your reports, and never shown back to anyone: the Connections page shows only their last four characters. We ask for read-only keys wherever a service offers them.
- What those services report: traffic, search clicks, sales and commissions, subscriptions, uptime results, and the warnings worked out from them. This is your business data: it's used only to show it to you, alert you and build the reports you ask for.
- Where alerts go: the email addresses, chat webhooks or phone number you set up for alerts.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We keep your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and your plan; card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

The services you connect (affiliate networks, Google, Bing and others) are yours: we read from them with your keys, under your agreements with them.
Cookies
revwarn.com sets one cookie, and only if you pick light or dark colors: it remembers that choice. Your dashboard uses Cloudflare's sign-in cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies, anywhere.
How long we keep it
- Link check reports: 30 days.
- Weekly check sign-ups: until you unsubscribe.
- A dashboard whose trial or subscription has ended: 30 days, in case you come back, then deleted with everything in it, keys included. Want it gone sooner? Email us and it's deleted the same day.
- Billing records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
What we never do
Sell your data, share it for advertising, or use your business numbers for anything but your own dashboard. RevWarn's scans never click an affiliate link.
Your choices
Email support@revwarn.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it; we answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you live in California, these are also your rights under the CCPA, and we don't sell or share personal information as it defines them. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
Security
Everything travels over HTTPS. Keys are encrypted before they're stored. Your dashboard is private behind Cloudflare's sign-in, and nobody can read your keys back, including us through the dashboard.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, for dashboard customers, say so in an email first.
