These terms are an agreement between you and Paris Supply Group LLC ("we"), which runs RevWarn. By using revwarn.com or a RevWarn dashboard you accept them. If you use RevWarn for a company, you accept them for that company.

1. What RevWarn is

RevWarn reads reports from services you connect (affiliate networks, analytics, search, payments), shows them in one dashboard, checks your sites and links, and emails you when something changes. The free link check and disclosure check read public pages of the site you enter.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, and use RevWarn for your business. Connect only sites and accounts you own or are allowed to manage, and keys you're allowed to use.

3. Trial, plans and billing

• Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. No card is asked for, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through Stripe, and renew each month until cancelled. Prices are on the pricing page; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a price changes for you.
• Cancel any time, from the billing page or by email. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments already made aren't refunded, including for partly used months.
• If you add more sites than your plan includes, we'll ask you to move up a plan; we won't cut you off without warning.
• If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 14 days, we may pause your dashboard until it is.

4. Your data and keys

Your data stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run RevWarn for you, as the Privacy page describes. You're responsible for the keys you give us being yours to give, and for your agreements with the services they belong to; revoking a key at its service stops RevWarn reading from it at once.

5. Fair use

Don't use RevWarn to break the law or anyone's rights, to attack, overload or probe sites or services, to get around the free check's limits, to resell it without our agreement, or to try to reach other customers' data. We may suspend use that does.

6. The numbers come from other services

RevWarn shows what the services you connect report, and works out its warnings from that. Networks revise and reverse sales, reports arrive late, and services change or fail. We work hard to be accurate and timely, but we can't promise every number or alert will be correct, complete or on time. Check important figures at their source before relying on them; your payout is whatever the network pays.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep RevWarn running all the time, but it's provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires. We may improve or change features; if we remove something your plan includes, we'll tell you first and you can cancel.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or commissions, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim about RevWarn is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose (or $50 if you've paid nothing).

9. Ending

You can stop at any time. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where reasonable. When a trial or subscription ends, your dashboard is kept for 30 days in case you come back, then deleted.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Contra Costa County, California.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and email dashboard customers at least 14 days before it applies; using RevWarn after that means you accept it.
