eBay Partner Network

Upload the Transaction Detail report; your campaigns (or custom IDs) say which site earned what.

About 3 minutes.

eBay Partner Network earnings come in as an upload of the Transaction Detail report for now. Automatic syncing is planned: eBay offers report access by API, and it will work the same way once it's connected.

One campaign per site (once)

  1. In the eBay Partner Network portal, open Campaigns and create one campaign for each site, named like the site (for example UsedClubFinder).
  2. Use each site's campaign in that site's eBay links.
  3. A campaign named like a site is credited to it on its own. A custom ID (customid= in the link) named like a site is used first, so one campaign with a custom ID per site works too.

Upload the report

  1. In the portal, open Reports → Transaction Detail.
  2. Choose the dates (last month, or the month so far) and select Apply, then the download icon.
  3. In your dashboard, open Revenue uploads, choose eBay Partner Network (Transaction Detail report) as the source, and upload the file.
  4. Earnings count as your earnings and Sales as the sale. Uploading overlapping periods never counts a sale twice.

Campaigns that match no site

They're listed on the Revenue uploads page under Not matched to a site. Choose the site once and select Match: past sales move to it, and later uploads follow.
