RevWarn vs Strackr vs Wecantrack: which affiliate dashboard fits your sites?

November 6, 2026 · 7 min read

All three bring your affiliate revenue from many networks into one place. They're built for different jobs. Strackr is wide, cheap network reporting. Wecantrack ties each sale to the click, page and campaign that made it, and sends that to your ad and analytics tools. RevWarn watches a portfolio of sites (traffic, revenue, uptime, links and programs) and emails you when something starts costing money.

We make RevWarn, so read this with that in mind. Every fact about Strackr and Wecantrack comes from their own public pages, checked on November 6, 2026 and linked at the end. Where a page doesn't say something, we say so instead of guessing. Spot something out of date? Email support@revwarn.com and we'll fix it.

Strackr: the cheapest way to see every network in one place

If what you want is your commissions from many networks added up, and you're happy to open a dashboard to look, Strackr is hard to beat on price: €10 a month covers 10 network connections and a 30-day trial. It supports more networks than RevWarn, and extras like the program finder, the mobile app and the Inquiry Manager for chasing untracked commissions are genuinely useful.

What it doesn't describe is watching your sites: no alerts beyond scheduled reports, no link checks, no uptime. Plan limits are counted in network connections and transactions, so a busy portfolio may need a higher tier. Many people pair it with a separate uptime monitor and link checker.

Wecantrack: when you need to know which click made the sale

Wecantrack's strength is attribution. It tags your outgoing clicks and matches each sale back to the page, traffic source and campaign behind it, then sends that to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads and GA4. If you buy traffic, or run deal and comparison sites where knowing which placement converts decides what you build next, that's the reason to choose it.

It also has a link tester with out-of-stock rules and email alerts on thresholds you set. Its plans start higher than the other two (€59 a month), the link tester starts on the €129 plan, and limits are counted in clicks and transactions. It doesn't describe uptime monitoring or per-site traffic and search reports.

RevWarn: when you run several sites and want to hear when one starts losing money

RevWarn is built around your sites rather than your networks. Each site gets its traffic, search clicks, revenue, uptime and link health in one row, and you get an email at 6am and 6pm with what changed and what it's costing you. The checks are what it's for: a program that pauses or ends, links whose products are gone or sold out, a site that goes down, a page losing its Google clicks.

Where it's weaker: it connects to far fewer networks than the other two (if a network you rely on isn't there, ask: we add networks that have an API), it doesn't track clicks or send sales to ad platforms, and if all you need is revenue totals, Strackr costs less.
