Paddle
A live API key with read permissions.
About 3 minutes.
Get the key
- In Paddle open Authentication (Developer tools → Authentication, or Settings → Authentication), the API keys tab, then New API key.
- Name it RevWarn and give it read permission on transactions, subscriptions, products and prices only. Save and copy it: it starts with pdl_live_ and is shown once.
- Paste it on your dashboard's Connections page under Paddle and press Save and test.
Don't send keys by email or chat. Paste them only on your dashboard's Connections page, where they're encrypted before they're stored.
Which site earned it
What you earn on each payment: Paddle's earnings figure, after tax and its fee. Subscriptions appear in the Subscriptions panel. Each product is matched to a site by its name (a product called "UsedClubFinder Pro" goes to UsedClubFinder). Anything left over is listed on the Revenue uploads page, to match once by hand.
If you see…

| Paddle 403 | The key lacks a read permission it needs. | Edit the key and add read on transactions, subscriptions, products and prices. |
| Paddle 401 | The key expired or is a sandbox key. | Create a live key (pdl_live_…). |
From the service's own documentation: Paddle API: authentication · Paddle API: list transactions. Menus move; if a step doesn't match your screen, tell us.
